(July 31, 2007) — D3Logic, Inc. an East Providence company that specializes in direct mail and letter shop services,
on-demand digital print, statement rendering and electronic communications, has aquired
Document Technologies, of Cranston. D3Logic is owned by Ralph DelMonico and Cindy Dugan and has 70 employees.
Document Technologies is owned by Beth Flanders. The companies said the products, services and solutions offered
by D3Logic and Document Technologies complement each other to conform a comprehensive end-to-end business outsourcing portfolio.

Business Process Outsourcing leader opens new office to support continued growth
EAST PROVIDENCE, RI, USA, (March 2, 2007)— D3Logic, Inc. a leader in the Business Process Outsource
industry, with offices located in East Providence, RI and Avon, MA, announced today it has opened a new
warehouse, fulfillment and distribution center in Canton, Massachusetts. D3Logic, Inc. will occupy the new
warehouse space at 135 Will Drive strategically located between routes 128 and 138.
The additional space will allow D3Logic, Inc. to expand its operation into the metropolitan Boston area and
is largely involved in supporting the organizations recent rapid growth.
The strategic location provides D3Logic and its customers an additional 40,000 square feet of much needed
space for warehousing, order processing, pick/pack/ship and other on-going projects.
“As D3Logic continues to grow we knew it that it was imperative to locate in a key area that would
bolster our current and future client´s needs. We are looking forward to joining the Massachusetts
